Pushed myself too hard during Taiko practice. Area just above my elbow feels badly bruised even though there is no visible signs of bruising. It hurts to bend the arm in more than 90 degrees or put a lot of weight on it. The bicep is also sore but not painfully so.

The pain was definitely a symptom of playing taiko harder than usual. It took a few days but taking it easy was enough for the pain to go away.
