Not sure exactly what it is. Below outside and behind right knee. Probably head of fibula. Sometimes hurts more up into hamstring, sometimes more down outside of lower leg. Starts off just feeling stiff but sometimes progresses quickly to sharp pains as I bend knee.
Mobilisation of Tib/Fib joint seemed to help.
