Slight twist on Friday 6th. Another slight twist on Saturday 7th. Combination just a little too much. Been doing much biking instead. Felt better, went orienteering training - no problem. Then competed Sun 15th. Hurt it again, this time by simply braking hard on it. Same level of pain directly... hmmm?

Thing is, it's not a typcial ankle sprain... I may have a slight break in a tendon or ligament somewhere. Since I kept running on it, I got pain at the back of my heel where the Achille's joins the bone. Also, my right knee took a deal of sthe strain. So it's clearly not good to keep running when it's painful... When the pain subsides - after a couple of day's rest, then I can run normally again.

i'm assuming that it will go away if I manage to avoid straining it again anytime soon.
