to oesteopath on 31 may. said pelvis misaliogned. treated it.
sharp pains all up R leg
11 june: Maybe sciatica. standing very painful
2 July: after x ray and mri it's a dodgy back, poor vertebrae (genetic) and hernia in disc, causing Sciatica on R leg. lots of pills and injection soon... not running but started biking again
