- same deal as before; stiff ankle and heel pain; but this time it was not really different in the AM; and tended to last throughout the day.
- treated it same as before:
- some cross training on the bike and in the pool,
- using a tennis ball under the heel,
- wearing compression socks,
- stretching the calf,
- advil
- orthotics in work shoes
