I'm on medication for my allergies and since they've cleared up a bit, I'm suffering from quite a nice chest cold that may have arisen as a result of the allergies messing with my immune system. Will back off training a bit in duration and intensity until we get this under control. Racing this weekend?!
Well, I'm passed the Billygoat and didn't suffer too much. Since I'm resting now, the cold doesn't seem to be as bad although I might still see the doctor to see if I can get anything stronger for my allergies.
