Mild soreness front of heel at arch, also through inside top of arch. Some soreness on right foot also but barely noticeable. Remedies: implement thorough and frequent stretching routine, supportive shoes, icing and massage/rolling, night splint beginning 2/22. Running in Hoka shoes beginning 2/22. All seems to help.
Never got too bad. Regimen of stretching, wearing splint, and Hoka's did the trick.
