Not a tear butTotally ruptured left ACL- almost nothing left on MRI scan. Need Op to replace from hamstring so rehab will be tough but I will be Back! Back on static bike in two weeks, jogging mbiking in three months
Operation and lots of Rehab but cartilage still an issue
