Turf toe - right foot metatarsal overflexing. Finaly diagnosed with arthritis. That is terminal. Ice+Ibu+Supinator.
- After dropping training volumes for several years, pain normalized, almost don't hurt while racing, but still not flexible.
Not flexible enough and range of movement greatly reduced, but at least not as painful as it was 10 years ago. Total took 18 years to get better.
