R Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Playing Soccer, Did a move like a bicycle kick where you kick the ball back over your head. This was during the game. the first time I did it I had no problem. The second time my hamstring snapped.
I couldn't move. hopped over the side line and try to asses the damage. It wasn't good. Went to the doctor the next day and they said it wasn't torn.

Rest and relaxation. After a week started stretching it out. Did some exercsing on it (like Team trials, excersing bike, and eventually easy jogging.
