Messed up my knee during the Marine Corps Marathon. It is still killing me after 4 weeks or so. I am a bit suspicious that it is more serious than that but I trust the docs over at PT. They are telling me it is IT band issues. Have been swimming and lifting to make up for lost running time. Actually not IT band. Getting surgery on Feb12th
