left leg will have what feels like a lot of lactate buildup when i am sprinting, and when i bring my leg up to a 90 degree angle or higher it really hurts. it continues to hurt at home but just feels sore

i just think i didnt warmup up the right muscles enough
for recovery just stretch stretch stretch and ice it! i didnt sprint much until it felt normal
