Recurrent vertigo. Only been wobbly rather than spinny-spinny this time (? helped by seeing Judith for C-spine manip within a few hours, ? coincidence).
11 months since I last had an acute attack, which beats the 8 month gap prior to that.
Frustrating and unpleasant.
