Grade: 3
Lifting to the side or overhead or pulling back in a rowing motion all limited. So I can still do pullups or pushups, if I am so inclined. Started doing renegade rows at crossfit.
Re-injured putting a bag in the trash on 10/17. Worse than original injury. Scheduled for MRI 11/3.
Surgery 11/23/12. By now, 9/16/13, still pretty weak, painful. Doubt now that I will ever have much of a full recovery. So taking it off the injury report because I'm tired of looking at it.
Hard to call it a recovery, but I guess it is as good as it's going to get. Maybe at some time pursue a second opinion.
