I think I had this after hiking the John Muir Trail back in June but it went away. Started noticing pain in the mornings after I started running longer distances in the zero drop Altras. I think the PF was caused by overuse and the new shoes.
Have tried to run but after 2-3 days the pain becomes more intense. Especially from walking around the city on concrete. Rest, ice, stretches and anti-inflams seems to be the best treatment
