Pulled some stuff when fell during downhill skiing. Ice, Ibuprofen, stretching, and now some strengthening exercises.
Still suffering, mostly at nite when I lie on that shoulder. Not much of a problem at any other time.
4/8/07 - Not a probelm most of the time, but still very painfull when I lie on that side. Maybe time to get some PT?
Seems to have drifted away. No longer a lot of pain, but still some tightness in the area.
