R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Turned my ankle in the Integrators while running a hard dirt road on the middle distance course.
I probably should have called this "recovered" a couple of days ago, but I haven't been back to the treadmill to test it. The outside of the foot is still stiff, and the ankle is now generally sore.
