R Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

Once warmed up there is no pain but while not training it can be sore. Slightly worse at night.

Aches excited since on both sides since 11/2011 right significantly worse than before on 9/1/2012

Had 3 weeks with hardly any running by doing more cycling and aqua jogging. Also some icing. Will always do my calf raises when I remember too
