fell about 5m with rope wrapped around my shoulder, luckily most of my weight landed on my harness but my right shoulder and arm got whipped/ripped and got rope burn.
at first rope burn was worst, felt that inside was ok; so went climbing again 4 days after: not a good idea.
rest and restrengthen
diagnosis: bicep tendon trauma plus surrounding area damage. healed from rest, 3 physio visits, and not climbing for about a month.
