Possible causes
- Sunday gardening hunched over?
- Doing full situps rather than crunches?
- Chair/posture?
Does not hurt much in other exercises (walking, biking) - generally jumps several notches as soon as my legs start hitting the ground in more aggressive manner. (don' t want to use the word pounding).
Call it recovered.... Basically, avoided running for a solid week, while keeping my brain thinking I'm working out by doing the long indoor bike rides.
