L Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

Started after the long run on icy roads which made the ITB tense up - and pull on the knee. Better monday afternoon but bad again on jog in the evening. Just feeling it very slightly on the intervals on Wednesday but haven't been running since then - will see if I can shut down this injury after it has been tested properly....have only been doing a bit of stretching

A bit of stretching did it - have to be careful with stretching after runs on icy slippery surfaces to release tension in the muscles otherwise it turns into trouble.
