aftermath of my crash on bridgewater bridge - was hoping this would just go away after a couple of days but it's just got progressively worse
turns out it's a crack in one rib and some movement during the crash that caused internal bleeding, blood broke down to release iron which oxidised to form rust in the joint between the rib and sternum, which in turn caused inflation and debilitating pain! science!
