week 2, cycling, faster walking, stretching, light massage
week 3, cycling, jog walk (5mins walk, 1min jog)
week 4, cycling, jog walk pyramid
week 5, cycling, jog walk, up to 15mins jog
week 6, cycling, up to 30mins jog
