L Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

This has been troubling me since mid 2009, however, it went away during early 2010. I have seen a couple of physios for it. I will need to go back. Until then a deliberate focus on self massage and exercises is needed.

My knee hurts when I squat on it however it gives me no discomfort whilst exercising or during my everyday activities.
