I hurt my Quadricept on my left leg badly during an interval training session. I have nearlly fully recovered, however it is still hanging around and I cannot fully extend my heel to my buttocks.

I stopped all short sprinting and interval sessions and sticked to doing long runs. This helped the muscle recover and it also allowed me to keep training at high a moderate to high intensity.
