R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Right calf feeling tight from start of run, then sudden sharp pain after about 30mins. Unable to continue; had to walk/very slow jog back.

Can't work out what causes calf problems, but I do seem to have sussed out the best way of recovering; rest 2-3 days then build up distance slowly. Ignore pain (within reason).
