COC Hyak Lake O meet: 4

Newly minted 3sq. km proto-map (of surprisingly good quality, considering it was a few weekends of corridor and pocket mapping work) by Mike Schuh. Alpine terrain on the plateau at the top of the Snoqualmie Summit East (Hyak) ski slopes. Vegetation was knee- to hip-high blueberry undergrowth and a mix of mature/old growth forest, clearcut areas, and a sprinkling of open marshes. Some nice rock and contour details. Weather was low-to-mid 40s with light rain; no wind.
