| 1. | Started out fine. | ||||||
| 2. | Was on track at the trail junction halfway there. Took trail to the right to avoid some climbing, which was pretty dumb, should have just gone up the spur, because I was only going to save one line at most. Past the pair of large boulders, then went to the reentrant just north of the one with the control, and I looked into the correct one, but didn't see the flag. Circled around for a couple of minutes, ascertaining that I was where I thought I was, and came back to the exact same place. | ||||||
| 3. | Right around the marsh, diagonally uphill after crossing trail, didn't see flag in very small marsh as I ran by, turned around when I saw stream up ahead. | ||||||
| 4. | Absolutely fine up to the point where I left the trail between the knolls just before the control. Didn't see the knoll with cliff under the NE art of the circle on the map, but I saw it in the terrain, and ran down to it. No flag, and had to go back up to the right cliff. | ||||||

| F. | I knew there were supposed to be streamers, but I didn't see any. Just went to the closest corner of the field. |
