1. I ran the first 110 controls, and started slowing down around 90 or so. Eventually, my arches felt like I shouldn't keep running, so I skipped from 110 to 138, and map-hiked from there to 180, with a couple of brief spurts of running, and then just finished after 180. I added 1 hour to every split that I didn't visit all the controls on.
