Did not like map +00:35 | Unsure of start procedures. Did I have to punch the start? Ran down the trail, up over hill skirting thickest green. Hit trail. ran to bend took bearing then saw runner leaving control off to the left. Ran to control and it wasn't mine. Saw other on and ran to it. Bearing off of trail didn't seem to go to it either. | |||||

Bad map reading +02:00 | Straight. Did not see trail leading down towards control so went fairly straight all the way. To left of reentrant. Got to low and it was yucky down there. | |||||

Did not like map +02:00 | Countoured around. It was very green. Medium green extends higher. Droped low at end of hill and hit inlet/marsh and had to go around. Now problems after that. | |||||

Tired | Ran up to trail. Suprised to see people walking to start. Up hill (had to walk up large part of hill). Could see it way off. | |||||
| 9. | Up Hill to road loop. Good running if you had strength to run. Down road, Down spur. A lot of extra root stocks in the area. I think straight was quicker. | ||||||

| 13. | Originally going to go straight until I saw climb. I went left down the road all the way to the trail. Up trail. | ||||||
| 14. | Followed any trail going inmy direction. Near loop road, dropped down trail along creek. Right up to control. Control seemed farther away from creek than mapped. | ||||||

| 16. | +00:30 | Up to the road, cut corner through campground, along beach, cross log at stream. up hill through fields. Took wrong route throug fields. Went to far right to avoid green. Tried to judge campground based on tents but had a tough time. A lot of extra rootstocks. Hit rootstock on edge so saw control long before root stock. | |||||
