| 1. | didn't see angelica punch ahead of me since i was busy writing on my map ... but i saw the control & knew it had the same description as #1. for some reason i had no trouble finding the triangle or seeing the course, though looking at it now it does look awfully light. | ||||||

| 3. | saw heidi coming up the spur as i was heading down | ||||||
| 4. | samantha was coming down to #3 as i was leaving. saw angelica in the field approaching the road to #4. I went east to the big field & took the trail/field all the way to between the buildings. leap of faith to head down the hill to the control | ||||||
| 5. | contoured along the hill for a while -- seemed to be a animal track. dropped down just after the junction and crawled up the other side; samantha was ahead doing the same. heidi had gone on the trail and she came in just ahead of me to the control | ||||||
| 6. | back to the trail and all the way to the control. almost missed it but saw heidi turn in | ||||||
| 7. | northeast through the ampitheater field then road/trail/trail down to control; erin was leaving as i approached | ||||||
| 8. | pavlina was approaching from the beach as i was leaving; erin & i passed on the bridge | ||||||
| 9. | up to the trail in the white, to the road, around the big building, road, field, to control | ||||||
| 10. | back the way i came | ||||||
| 11. | up past the round pavilion to the road/trail/field. didn't interpret the control description correctly but had no problem with the control | ||||||
| 12. | caught someone here, not sure who it was | ||||||
| 13. | pavlina caught me leaving 12 (pleased at how long it took her from 7 to catch me :-); saw the broken fence at the corner and aimed for it. pavlina passed me in the field and led me to the control | ||||||
