23. | Reveresed loop direction again. Andrew had backed off a bit and wasn't too far ahead (although still +1 laps). Paul had dropped back a bit, so I pushed a bit more to get a decent gap. | ||||||

26. | Caught Andrew to get back on lead lap. Decided I had enough of a gap on Paul to return to my regular pace. | ||||||

29. | My hands were getting a bit stiff, so operating the water spigot was difficult. I switched to carrying my water bottle. Took it for a full lap and drank quite a bit. | ||||||

32. | Saw Andrew packing it in at the feed station. He had run a few easy laps to cool down after his 20, so I wasn't far behind when he stopped. He wished me well. | ||||||
