Running after not-lab! Did 3min run/1min walk x 7 today. My ankle felt great throughout. The temperature was pretty reasonable, but I wasn't quite prepared for the humidity or the pollen count. Wow. I'm not really allergic (at least not yet), but my eyes were just kind of gritty. Good to get out!

Biking in place. I was going to bike a bit longer, but my achilles started feeling funny. Not painful, just odd, so I stopped.
