Didn't do a good job getting out Monday or Wednesday morning this week. I even packed for spinning Wednesday morning but didn't feel up to it when I woke up. Today it was sunny though! So I did get out for an longer run, which was wonderful. I will be tired later though :)

I had a scratchy throat last night and felt really tired today. I kept the run short, and then picked up the girls early so we could go to town to get Ella's passport. I brought both girls so we could go play at a playground in town afetrwards. Overall, they did a great job walking from the bus to the police station, to the playground and then back to the bus. But it was also tiring.

Joined a club training, how fancy of me.
It was a mass start race and things were going ok in the beginning. I was getting a lot of help by people around me and also tracks in the snow. I stopped after the butterfly loop to help someone who was confused by her map (there were different map flips for different people), and lost the people I was running with. Had a longer forking on the next control and missed it, so ran the last controls poorly and slowly by myself.
