Note

BRR Unpaved Demo Day for trail shoes at Queeny. Nice event. Lots of shoe vendors, pancakes, and a beautiful morning. I suspect turnout was down with a lot of trail runners at double Chubb.

Tried Hoka Speedgoat too narrow for me, Brooks Caldera seemed chunky, and ON cloudsurfers I liked, but not sure about the 8mm drop. The ON seemed light with a soft sole, might feel good as a second pair on a long event.

Altra brought no 12.5s nor any of their super shoes.
