Midnight runners group
Absolutely smashed myself tonight, I was like a constant tap after the second 2km rep. Plenty of the girls went to top off after the second rep, I asked my running buddy if she was doing any extra core exercises than what we do together. Wish I had those abs.
Sally as always was tough to get through and the legs locked on the last set.
The long run at barangaroo I was at the front pushing the pace but had a girl next too me who I was trying to drop but just couldnt so ended up having a chin wag over the last 500m.
Tonight was a great session, slept well.
