Took the Strathfieldsaye hiit session today for 6 ladies, then went out for a very sociable coffee.

Three x 45 minute strength sessions today. Four people at 7am, eight people at 9:30am and five people at 5:30pm. I’ve timed this as 2 sessions because I was more coaching, helping people with technique during the 2 later sessions. The final session for today felt flat. Four of the five members there had returned to work after the school holidays.

Six hour Rogaine today in the forest near Enfield, south of Ballarat. It was a perfect day weather-wise. We covered a few kms, this was our biggest effort for a long time. Decision making re navigation was ok until early afternoon when we spent too much time unsure of where we were and making some impulsive navigation changes.
