Can’t bring myself to studying to much skibidi watching has rotted the attention span so did this run instead. Legs very hurty but to be expected post ride. Decent week of training. Still mid we go again.

5x2min Hills with 2 min rest jog back down. Legs had a bit of doms to start with but nothing too bad that didn't ease up. Reps felt good, picked a route that flattens out which could be good practice for races that I will definitely be doing.
