Cool, damp run as the remnants of Hurricane Ian seem to have finally left the region. Legs were more tired than I was expecting, but I kept it rather easy.

Run on treadmill that turned into a hike. Calves were getting really tight - I think it was just the funny form from not having run on the treadmill for years.

Camp Innabah Fall Classic
Cold, wet, but no rain during the race. Raced hard with a group of people around me, chasing down one after 2 miles as I got caught by a small group, but settled in and got back ahead of them with about a mile to go. Course knowledge helped as I saved some for the final hill and put a gap into them, holding on for 3rd overall. Took a minute off of my time from the last 3 years.
