DP and back. Hard to run today. Kept it slow and watched HR, which seems unusually high these days. Head felt fine as long as I stuck to a slow pace.

Really fun training O with Francis on Robbie’s Experimental Farm map, using O-Range. Yay! O-Range route replay showed that I held the line well except for one spot :) :) :)
Rainy and 4C with a 0C feel, but we dressed for it and enjoyed the outing. Thanks so much, Robbie!
