Run over to Glasgow Green for session which was 5 x 1 mile reps, starting every 8 minutes. My fast start put me off a bit as no one else seemed to come with me! But they did come back to me eventually. Mentally this was tough as was on my own for most of it, was in 3 distinct sections, first was slightly uphill so good boost to get to the turn at the top, then slight downhill but headwind which was again hard, then final 600m was flat with a tailwind so quite a nice end to each rep. Pace was pretty consistent so happy with that too:
