Threshold session in the afternoon with Joseph, Kate and Rachel. Did 3*(5min effort, 2min float). Joseph stuck with me for the first 7min but dropped back after that. Legs felt pretty good and pace was good considering it was pretty wet. Long cool down to collect Joseph and Kate and get home to get out of the rain.
