I utgangspunkt en bra uke med en flott samling i Fredrikstad. Kjedelig med hamsteingstrekk som reduserer løpsmengden mot slutten av uka. Men har troa på at jeg fort skal få kontroll på den igjen.

Gikk gjennom H21 løypa til Lørdagskjappen (med noe kutting). Gikk greit både mtp hamstringsmertene og o-teknikken. Men trenger nok litt mer tid uten løping for at skaden blir helt bra igjen.
