From the OLOU web site: "This is a standard cross-country event. There will be Yellow, Orange, and Red courses available. A training session will be offered at 10:30 AM. Start times will be between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. There will be a three-hour time limit for any competitor to be out on the courses."
