This is the second installment of the US Orienteering Team's time trial series for 2010. It is a 3K--you should endeavor to do this on a track during the date range specified. This is a required exercise for US standing team members.

While this is intended to be a motivational/training tool for the US Team, others are welcome to post their results also.
