(from website) Registration and Starts 10 - 1. Courses: Sprint series doubleheader, Yellow and White, plus new this year a Mtn Bike-O. Sprints will both be forest courses. Pre-printed maps, old-fashioned punching. Start/finish for all courses are planned to be right by the beach. Bike-O will involve some narrow, very twisty trails - not for the faint of heart.
