The South Side Slopes neighborhood association is having its annual signature event, "Step Trek", this Saturday October 6. It is a neighborhood festival in which the city public steps are celebrated and visited in a self-guided walking route. The city below can be seen from above from several vantage points. The event HQ is at 21st St and Josephine, with artist show, food trucks, music. Event starts at 11 AM and ends at 5 PM. Advance tickets can be purchased online at https://www.showclix.com/event/steptrek, or directly at the event site. Free parking is available. Printed maps in orienteering format will not be available. You can download the two images here included and print them yourself if you want to.
