Belmont Plateau 5k course...

Bryn Mawr Running Company presents the 5th Annual Quad X Open 5K professionally timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Company with MYLAPS BIBTAG. The 5K race will take place on the challenging fields and trails of the Belmont Plateau in Fairmount Park. Our goal is to grow this race to become the largest cross country race in the Philadelphia area and to promote cross country beyond high school competition. This event will coincide with our Quad X High School invitational. Quad XC is also the USATF Mid-Atlantic Cross Country Championship Race for 2013.

There will be prize money for post collegiate athletes who place as an individual and in the overall team division. The course will consist of one outer loop around the baseball fields then into the woods for the remaining portion of the course. Course maps will be provided day of race.

Cash awards will be provided by the Bryn Mawr Racing Company and Nike by the following breakdown:

1st Place Male/Female $150
2nd Place Male/Female $100
3rd Place Male/Female $60
4th Place Male/Female $40
1st Masters Male/Female $100
1st Male/Female Team $250
