Nice run. I wonder how you'll feel tomorrow?

Not too good, but that's more from a headache after spending much of the day flying to Portland. Legs are ok.

Splits were 92, 91, 92, 86. I remember thinking after the first one that I had to pick it up, ditto after the second and third, but it wasn't there. Can always run the last one faster since it's almost over.

wonder if I would be able to get anywhere near 6 min at your age :) my best so far 4:59 ( done during traing under Balter's watch, hmmm 2 year ago or so)

Sergei, knowing how fast I've seen you run, it's hard to believe you couldn't do 4:30-4:40 at least, IF you trained (and stayed injury-free), :-)

After all, my best is 5:01 (at age 44, in a year I was training really well) and I know you're faster than I ever was.

I've run 4:53, so Segrei can surely do under 4:40.

looks like I will have to start training to beat 5:01 on my 44th birthday.
