stopped at McD's about 2 hours in to use restroom. Had a bacon/egg biscuit & a coke. Then continued on my way. Otherwise nada....
thats impressive. I would hurl at the thought of eating McD alone! Seriously, awesome. Like a camel, I guess. Interesting how metabolisms differ.
Running long & slow, so eating 'real' food rather than gels & brews. Not that mcD's should be construed as 'real food', but quick & easy and I didn't feel like another stop at a convenience store. Plus I used their bathroom so felt I should patronize the establishment.

Oh, it wasn't really five hours. When you deduct the time he spent at McDonald's, it was only about 4:58...
